Fully enclosed inert gas protection - integrated high vacuum dehydration + nitrogen displacement system, moisture content ≤0.02%, ensuring the stability of the NDI reaction.
Intelligent temperature control and corrosion resistance - 316L stainless steel reactor, PID segmented temperature control (room temperature to 200℃±1℃), suitable for high-temperature dehydration conditions of polyols.
Modular expansion interface - can be connected to metering pumps, online viscometers, etc., meeting the requirements of continuous production.
