FEATURES

1.This machine ensures production of high-quality Cast Polyurethane  (CPU) elastomer sheets with uniform Shore A hardness and smooth, flawless surfaces.

2.Electrically heated  centrifugal drum with automatic  temperature  control  for precise adjustment  (temperature  and  thermal gradients significantly affect sheet properties and hardness—higher temperatures result  in lower  hardness  in  corresponding  areas). Heating range: 100-150°C ±5°C.

3.The machine features a precision-engineered design with variable-frequency speed control, an axial runout of 0.05mm, and a polished inner drum surface for optimal performance.
